Azure Hybrid Benefit: Use existing Windows Server + SQL Server licenses with Software Assurance. Combined with RIs: up to 85% savings vs full pay-as-you-go. Free Tier: 12 months of popular services, plus always-free services (Functions 1M requests/mo). $200 credit for new customers.
