Terraform Integrations
Terraform Integration Ecosystem
Terraform integrates with over 2,000 providers spanning major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba Cloud), SaaS tools (Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub, GitLab), databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), monitoring tools, and enterprise systems.
Cloud Provider Integrations
The AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud providers are the most used Terraform providers, each supporting hundreds of resource types. These providers are maintained by the cloud vendors themselves and are regularly updated.
CI/CD Integration
Terraform integrates with all major CI/CD platforms including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, CircleCI, and ArgoCD. The Terraform CLI can be invoked directly in CI/CD pipelines or through Terraform Cloud run tasks.
Kubernetes and Container Integration
The Kubernetes provider manages K8s resources alongside cloud infrastructure. The Helm provider manages chart deployments, and the Docker provider handles container images. Terraform operators extend integration to Kubernetes-native workflows.
Monitoring and Observability
Terraform provides native integrations with Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, PagerDuty, and Opsgenie. These integrations enable managing monitoring infrastructure alongside application infrastructure as code.
