The Free plan includes 2,000 minutes per month for private repositories, 500 MB of storage, and support for Linux, Windows, and macOS runners. Public repositories receive completely unlimited minutes at no cost. This makes GitHub Actions one of the most cost-effective CI/CD solutions for teams just getting started.

The Team plan is priced at $4 per user per month and includes 3,000 minutes per month, increased storage limits, and features like required reviewers, code owners, and protected branches. Teams also get access to GitHub support via tickets.

GitHub Enterprise starts at $21 per user per month and offers 50,000 minutes per month, SAML/SSO, enterprise-managed users, and 99.95% uptime SLA. It also includes GitHub Connect for synchronizing with GitHub Enterprise Server.

Additional minutes beyond plan limits are billed at $0.008 per minute for Linux, $0.016 for Windows, and $0.08 for macOS. Storage overages are $0.07 per GB per month. Self-hosted runners incur no per-minute costs but require your own infrastructure and maintenance.
